1. If you wish to cancel your commission you will get a refund, but any art/graphics that have already been completed will not be refunded.
2. Once your order has been paid for you may resell with credits to missestudios. (Meaning you cannot purchase from us then claim you created the art/graphics when you sell it)
3. If I am unable to complete an order after you have paid, due to illness or personal reasons, you will recieve a complete refund.
4. for orders of over 10$, half of the payment must be recieved by me before i start, then the remainder is paid after completion.
5. If prices are changed on missestudios during a commission, current commissions will not be effected.
